Spinach pie


  • 3 eggs
  • 500 grams of feta cheese
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 kg of spinach
  • Some dill
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper



Sauté onion in oil then add the leeks, dill and spinach. Add the feta cheese and yogurt, remove the pan from the fire and add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Put a sheet in the pan and pour the filling. Then cover with the other sheet and sprinkle with oil. Finally, bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
